Sesame Crispy Eggs

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 large pinch of salt
  • sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp of sesame oil

Equipment

  • 1 pan (lid optional)
  • 1 small ingredient bowl
  • 1 spoon

Prep

  • Crack eggs and set aside in small bowl.

Cook

  • Set the pan on highest flame heat for 1 minute.
  • Add enough oil to coat bottom of pan with a little extra. Turn on fan.
  • Wait until oil starts smoking
  • Try to reduce splash by dumping the bowl close to the pan, add eggs to smoking oil.
  • Egg whites will puff up and crisp. Use spoon to ladel hot oil on the top of the egg.
  • Drizzle with sesame oil and sesame seeds.
